PLAYER AGE ELIGIBILITY
As this is an invitational tournament with the purpose of helping teams to get ready for the OSGA provincial games /qualifying tournaments in 2024 , players ages are as of Dec 31st/2024. Goalies may be 5 years younger than the division they play in, other then the 55+ division goalies must be 55+ as of Dec 31st/2024.
MANDATORY HOCKEY EQUIPMENT
A CSA approved helment with an attached CSA approved face shield protector ( minimum half visor ) is MANDATORY FOR ALL PLAYERS. Goaltenders MUST WEAR CSA APPROVED GOALIE MASKS. Any alteration to a CSA approved facial protector or helmets destroys the certification of the protective device and cannot be used in the games as determined by the referees. Though not mandatory, mouth guards and neck guards are recommended.

DATE: FRIDAY, MARCH 31ST & SATURDAY, APRIL 1ST / 2023
LOCATION: MILLBROOK , ONTARIO
ARENA: CAVAN MONAGHON COMMUNITY CENTRE
TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
ROUND ROBIN FORMAT CONSISTING OF 5 TEAMS COMPETING WITH TWO (2) 55+ & three (3) 60+ TEAMS PLAYING EACH OTHER FOR A TOTAL OF 4 GAMES
with the 2 55+ teams playing for the final in a 5th game and the 1st and 2nd place 60+ teams playing in the 60+ final for a 5th game. Winners will receive player awards.
